1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating, hosting, or joining a Zomee Video Meeting, you agree to these Terms of Service. Zomee provides peer-to-peer and relayed WebRTC communications for professional collaboration, screen sharing, and AI-assisted meeting productivity.
2. Host Governance & Room Controls
Meeting hosts maintain full administrative enforcement rights to lock rooms, require 4-digit VIP PIN codes, enable anti-leak watermarking, mute microphones, turn off attendee cameras, and manage waiting room admissions.
3. Data Retention & Auto-Purge Cycles
To protect meeting privacy and prevent permanent cloud exposure: • AI Meeting Summaries & Notes are retained in your dashboard for 30 days, after which they are permanently deleted from database records. • Cloud Recording Syncs expire after 9 days while remaining permanently available in your local device storage.
